The Mind body studio offers mindfulness-based stress reduction programs that focus on teaching you to access and cultivate your natural capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself and find greater balance, mindfulness, and stress reduction. The Mind Body Studio is a wellness and health education service of family practice physician John A. Patterson. The UK Wellness program provides opportunities to participate in KORU Mindfulness programs. Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based program designed to help in the reduction of stress and anxiety while also increasing one's sleep and self-compassion.
